The Contempo models (we bought the Birkshire color which doesn’t seem to be available but was brown like the Kasbah one) fold surprisingly flat. And they fold easily. I was worried folding would be a chore and therefore wouldn’t happen, but it’s easy enough that it happens after every use at our house. It is not a one-handed process, but it is quick and easy. In its folded position, this highchair would slide along side a fridge or into a pantry or broom closet. We keep ours in a small space next to our pantry cabinet. I loved the idea of having an extra seat cover when I read about the Contempo and I have found it very convenient to always have a clean one ready,
